Withdrawal of real-money funds from your 7win63 account is subject to the following conditions:

• 7win63 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the player's failure to maintain password security.
• Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude 7win63's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the 7win63 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your 7win63 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course and any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

7win63-Initiated Closure: 7win63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
